The Corporate Services Department provides support, advise and assistance to internal departments in achieving their goals and objectives while ensuring compliance to organisational policies and procedures. This department is responsible for the following:
- Human Resources Management and Development
- Information Communication and Technology and Administration
- Public Relations
- facilitating the Performance Management System for the Board
- ensure wellness of employees
- effective recruitment and retention processes
- addressing training and development needs through various training interventions.
- providing for disaster recovery
- initiating relevant technology geared towards enhancing service delivery
- providing IT support for all users
- disseminates information on programs, achievements and notices for stakeholders
- information assists in the building of stakeholder relations to achieve and maintain a positive image of the Board.
